Default In TTStuffs defense...

I've always had great shipping and great email response time.

Default Same here. I had to remind them to credit my card after a return once but

I agree that the lack of a phone number is rather frustrating. I hope things work out for you.

I think thats because "they" are a single guy running a dropship storefront from his laptop.

I've always had good service with TTstuff. Usually get emails returned in the same day.

Default i think the core issue is that "them" is actually one guy ...

and i'm not even sure that all his time is devoted to ttstuff (e.g., he might be in school for all we know).

for the most part, i suspect ttstuff is set up in a highly-automated fashion such that he doesn't have to do anything: when an order is placed on the website, it likely automatically places order with the upstream source and has them drop-ship it to the purchaser. of course, all of this goes horribly wrong if something is backordered, returned, or otherwise deviates from what can be automated.

Default You couldn't be any more wrong. Have been dealing with them for years now. Have always had great

service and actually met Brian, Robert, and Allan when I was in Syracuse one time. Full warehouse and tons of products.

Default Bryan and Allen have always done what they said they would do in all of my transactions with them...

and yes there response times are not what you would call immediate, however I think most of us have lost a bit of patience lately. Hope you get the response your looking for soon!

ps. Could be they are "swamped" with orders ;-)
