Default well, that's disappointing ...

because that "fiction" made it easier to swallow the barrage of customer service issues that i and others have experienced. also, bryan himself (granted, several years ago) told me that they did not really have an inventory and drop-shipped almost everything. maybe that has changed, but judging by chicagoscott's post, not much else has.

ps. just once, it would be nice to see a post from you that isn't seething with contempt.

Default the sad part is ...

that you often have useful things to contribute, but you are so full of contempt that it taints every post you make. for instance, your constant railing against the ttda cannot separate the product from the man behind it, and as a result your posts read more like personal attacks than non-fanboy product analysis.

Default I've had a bit of difficulty in contacting them as well...

I ordered a set of Koni sports from them recently. One of the shocks was defective. It turns out that they had the shocks drop shipped to me from Shox.com. I actually had to go straight to Koni to get the problem resolved. I also don't understand why they don't have a customer service phone number. I think that such a number should be required by law for internet sales.

Yeah, good luck with that. I tried it several times and went straight to voicemail.
