And all these years later I "STILL" miss mine a lot.. But a really close second would be GoTTzilla!! & someone has to post one TT!!!

As far as tank engine sounds go, I think the older ones sounded better. Most tanks nowadays are <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHISUy43M6s">turbodiesels</A>, with exhaust notes vaguely similar to tractor-trailers. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynKRLNioufs">Gas turbine-powered</A> tanks are even quieter, with track noise overcoming the engine at longer distances. Gone are the days of engines like this <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KauAxwx-MpU">Maybach V12</A> and <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4inUtKYhk1o">Ford V8</A>.
