Default Wheel track Dimensions accurate in Audi TT

Hi gang

I am not an owner of an Audi TT, but I am here to ask a question about the specifications and an innaccuracy I see in the manufacturer spec sheet.

I am a video game developer and I have been tasked to build a 3D model of the Audi TT Quattro. The specifications sheet I recieved for the car has 3 orthographic projection drawings and specification measurements for the car that don't seem to fit.

The wheel track measurement listed for the TT is 60" for the front or 1525mm. From the proportions of the drawing it looks like this measurement was taken from the center of each wheel rather than the outer edge, but the drawing has the lines showing this measurement as being from the outer edge of the wheels. When I set this all up in my 3D program to build the model and set measurements up with the illustrations it fits only if that front track mesurement is taken from middle of wheels and not outer edge. Can someone confirm this for me who actually has one of these cars?

Thanx for any help. BTW I love the Retro design of the TT, very slick!!

You can see some of my 3D car models at my site (http://www.realeyz.com)

Default I measured ~69" from edge to edge (60 is center to center)

I checked out your website - AWESOME WORK!

I am dying to know which game you are designing the TT for as I have been following the progress of Midtown Madness 2 and Vanishing Point, both featuring TT Coupes.

PLEASE say you are designing a TT Roadster!!!!

Keep us updated on your TT designs!

P.S. Loved the Start Trek E-D stuff too - any chance of the E-E or Defiant? ;-)
