Default A Muffler/Exhaust shop should be able to handle this easily...

TTear (also in Greece) had a whole custom exhaust welded up, so those services are obviously available!

Default On the back of a BMW? What car is this to be fitted to?...

The magnaflow web site has models for various vehicles. Perhaps if you entered the car you want to put the tip onto, the site would take you to the correct part for the 70mm needed. If not, then you will have to do welding adapting as TTschwing/Modshack has advised.

The site only shows a tip entirely different from that one for an A3. Maybe there is not one for an S3 available.
