Where is the ECT sensor in the TT?
Hi, I got a "P0118 - Engine coolant temperature circuit, high input" and want to try to replace the ECT sensor as described here: https://www.audiworld.com/tech/eng47.shtml
The problem is I could not find the sensor on a TT year 2001.
Does anyone know where that is? A picture maybe

This is a 180, but the 225 is in essentially the same general location. Replace yours with the updated Green sensor. Bad ones have been known to cause all sorts of bizarre problems..
