where are the right places to jack the car up?

Default where are the right places to jack the car up?

sorry, I'm a total noob for this stuff

front = frame, somewhere up that way
rear = frame or suspension parts?

pics?

Default Look under the car near the wheels-->there are thick rubber donuts

(not the plastic "cap" things, however!). These donuts are the jacking points. Please be careful, and use jackstands, too.

Default I used masking tape & newspaper instead of foil. Also, be careful with

the helper springs. They'll scratch the paint off when you reinstall them if you aren't careful. You may have to touch them up.

and yes, I was also figuring tape and newspaper... good ol' blue painter's tape
