Whining noise at 15lbs of boost???

Whining noise at 15lbs of boost???
Just started this morning... As soon as I start boosting around 15lbs I here a high whining noise. I havent seen any power loss, any ideas of what this may be?

Well I did a bit more listening on the way home from work today. It isn't a high pitched whining, it's more of a high pitched humming around 10lbs., and boost starts to lag off around 12lbs. Could it be a boost leak somewhere? maybe a hose?
