What were the results?
I am speaking with Redline. Ever since I put in MT90 75w90, my first few shifts grind. The problem is exaggerated on cold mornings.
Thanks.

Front diff/trany(same oil) Redline lightweight shockproof oil
Rear Diff: Redline 75w-90NS
Thoughts
Cars shifting is much much smoother especially when cold. Rear end is way more grippy. Overall i would recommend these oils to anyone as the difference is noticeable.

might be interested in the Lightweight since it seems in between MT90 and MTL. I think a little lower in viscosity might help in the cold startups.
I have to do something, my tranny feels terrible!!!
Redline suggested draining one quart of the MT90 and putting in one quart I of the MTL.

and superlight might not protect the tranny.
"if further improvements in efficiency are desired, and durability is not a major concern, LightWeight and SuperLight ShockProof can be used."
Do you think the "Heavy Shockproof" would be too gooey? You might want to talk to the tech guy at Redline. I've spoken to him quite a few times... very knowledgeable, willing to help, etc... Can't for the life of me remember his name.... argh.
