Default who is having fun driving in the NOREASTER? UPState NY

I am. ASR on the 180 fwd is no where's near quattro, but it still works great in the snow with great snow tires. Plus I was the first one to work this morning, and everyone else either owns a suv or truck. The look on there faces to see me there at all, and to be first, Priceless.

My Pilot Sports have me swaying back and forth, rather unnerving...

If I still have the TT next winter, I may look in to snow tires.

Default Goodyear ultra grips are working very well - almost too well to have any fun

The 4 year old (and discontinued) Michelin Arctic Alpin were great, but just got replaced last week when the Ultra grips went on 'end of season' close-out!

Default A good set of snow tires make all the difference! all seasons tires....

in the northeast are ok untill we get a severe storm like this and you will have issues. The nokian tires I have still handle well on dry pavement and wet, and have a "z" rating as far as I remember. they are exspensive, but well worth the money.

if you keep driving on summer tires in the snow, you'll be lucky to have it for another month

Default my second car is a A4Q b5, but I left it at home....

because I know it does great in the snow, but I wanted to thrash on the TT a little today. plus the reaction from people at work made it all worth it.
