btw, Hello to the lady in the black tt roadster yesterday(pali and that cut off to kaneohe), and to the silver coupe this morn (for sale sign, vanity plates and going up the pali from kailua).
Am I the only one who when seeing another TT trys to take a detour and do a run through a nice twisty back road if its near by hoping the other TT will follow?
Didn't get any takers yesterday, maybe she thought I was a weirdo
and wasn't able to get into eye contact with the silver TT today.

Oahu is my favorite island, little micro enviroments all over, so it has a bit of everything, and besides the outdoor stuff you find on all the islands it has a ok city.
Went to LaHaina (Maui) last week, nice little town and probably my favorite over there, though I haven't been to hana yet, but if I do I'd love to hit it in a TT.
Going to the big island this week, I prefer kailua-kona side but will be in Hilo, waimea area isn't so bad on that island either.
Would love to hit sadle back road over there in a TT.
I feel sorry for the poor rental cars, some people drive them almost as if they were a TT

but to truly enjoy the Road to Hana you need a car that can forge 12-18" rivers so you can drive out to the ocean and see the waterfalls in peoples backyards and crashing into the ocean.
