Default I thought it might be the Reiger kit ... but I was wrong. Similar but not the same.

Good luck ... somebody here should know the answer soon enough.

It's also quite possible that the side rear openings on the Reiger rear skirt were covered up and painted on that black TT to achieve that look.

Default This is Quattrings' car.
And yes, this is a modified Rieger V1 rear valence, with the side openings filled. He's now sold his TT for an A4.
