I think I was the first person to buy these they weren't labeled Euro only and they didn't know that they didn't fit the US cars when I called them about it.
Basically I had to drill out the holes and persuade them on. The euro headrests have thinner posts and they are spaced a little bit closer together than the US ones.

If the headrests are different there are probably other subtle differences in the seat too (maybe something with the side airbags is different requiring a slightly different seat). I didn't find out any details about what is different or why. When I got them Forge didn't know they were Euro only so when I called them when they didn't fit, it was new to them.
I'm happy I was able to make them fit, I use them all the time.
