no way. 911T = King of the Road. I'd trade for one in a heart beat.

Default i have a related question: is *anyone* here NOT fixated on Porsches?

aside from the images of the new carerra GT, (or possibly a lovely old 356) there's not one i'd want to keep in their entire lineup. But i guess that makes me weird. (so be it!)

Default Kind of like F328GTS is poor mans Ferrari - yep

But I'm hoping (cash and job) down the line I'll have Stage III+ which would give me Porsche power in TT looks

I think that it will be as expensive to maintain as a Porsche out of warranty

I like 'em, but that's not the same as fixated. I like a lot of other cars too!

Default Sure, if the original designs had evolved to remain: fun; relatively affordable; decent

performance; etc... instead of into the realm of near-exotic...

Default I wouldn't say fixated - but ever since working at Porsche/Audi at the ripe age of 16

i've always wanted a Porsche. Unfortunately they were never within my grasp economically. While I totally enjoy my TT - there is just something special about a Porsche to me. The TT is a great car - it isn't engineered anywhere near a 911 though IMO.
