I scratched the underside of the left rocker panel on my coupe. It's pretty deep, small, but deep.
Normally for scratches I would fill it, prime it, and paint it, but the rocker panels have a special soft touch coating applied before the paint goes on.
Any thoughts on how to mimic that coating (to prevent my repair paint from being chipped away)? All I can think of is undercoating (similar to what they spray truck beds with - made by 3M and MarHyde) I would spray that on top of the repair...
Any suggestions would be appreciated
