Yep. No more than 10 minutes if you have decent pliers and a screwdriver.

Default What part, I can VAG it for you if I'm in the area. In the case of

it being stock, Its probably bad. Are you chipped? Let me know where you're located at, and I'll see if i can swing by there sometime.
Heres my email.

OMG! I've pulled my DV 4 or 5 times with little trouble. I guess you're just lucky :-)

Default Well...now you've gone and done it!

This is one of the oldest debates here. Most seem not to like the Bailey as much as the Forge ones. I got a Bailey over 3 years ago and it was fine for about 2 years. It started to fail so I sent it back to AWE and they replaced it for me. Bailey has lifetime coverage so I was happy to get another for free and feel confident that I can this replaced if I have to - this is why I keep a spare stock DV around. A lot here have Forge (007 or DVR) and many have the Hyperboost from Strat. I've read of failures of both types. I would not feel happy telling you which one to get since I have only ever tried the Bailey. Sorry to be of such little help :-/

Default Are you in the Dallas area? I ask because I

know Steve H lives in Carrolton. If so, send me an email and I'll add you to the Dallas TT email list for events, GTGs, etc.!
