Hello All:
I have been kicking around the chip idea for quite some time. I have discovered a local tuner that I like. He uses Dahlback chips. They are SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than APR, GIAC, etc.
Is this other people's experience as well, or am I being overcharged? Why are Dahlback so much more expensive? Are they worth it?
Your thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

And on the serious side, they may be worth the extra money. I've never heard of a Dahlback user being disappointed. They are pretty aggressive in their tuning but appear to know what they're doing.
I feel that all chips are somewhat close in performance and once you are to that level it's tough to determine if those few extra ponies are true or just dyno ghosts. I think you'd be happy with any chip you decide on. A big plus to any of the chip makers is location and support of the shop doing it because there's always a chance that some issues crop up and it's good to have local people you can count on.
