Why is the Stereo Fade off When you buy a TT

Only the Blose system has it turned off. The rear speakers in the Bose are just low woofers, and make an integrated system with the factory fade setup. At least that's what they say.

The Bose "engineers" have designed their electronics, amps and speakers to compliment the interior of the TT. Acoustically you can't get any better . . . according to Bose. You should not need a fader as everything is tuned to perfection for your particular car.
The rear speakers are not full range speakers, so fading the sound to the back of the car will only muddy the sound even further. They are mid-range speakers.
Once you enable the fader, it turns on "mega bass", which is just turning off the $600 Bose stereo you paid for . . . but sounds better. lol

The issue is that the Bose amplifier is hooked up to the front outputs only. When you use the fader to fade to the rear, it just turns down the volume. If you want the fader enabled, you'll probably have to get rid of the whole thing and start over with a new head unit, amp and speakers.
