Default No aftermarket intake will pass the visual inspection unless it has a smog exempt number
Perhaps some smog techs are not as picky...mine was :/

I believe the P-Flo has a C.A.R.B exempt #

yes it does, though it says "when used in conjunction with NS chip"

Shipping in an enclosed carrier... Pricey, but I don't have to worry about shipping damages.
