Sorry in advance if this is a repeat question but my drive side winshield wiper has an additional piece attached (assuming for stability at high speed) to it but not the passenger side. It looks like a air foil attached to the bottom of the wiper assembly.

Am I missing a part here or is this normal ?

The wiper is very similar to the Miata I owned, in that the air foil works as speed increases to put pressure on drivers side wiper. There is not one on the pass. side. I am not really sure why not.
