Default Sure! That's why they make the ski rack option. :)

I intend to bring mine on ski trips to Vermont this winter, I actually can't wait for the snow to start flying... though that will be awhile.

The only thing that I probably will do is get steel (maybe alloy) rims & winter driving tires - don't want to trash my nice 17" 5-spoke polished rims.
-= Peter =-

Default Use for skiing? Absolutely! You're not crazy at all, that's what Quattro is for!

Heh, funny. My pre-TTR car was a 1986 Ferrari Mondial coupe w/Sunroof! Now I can go topless instead.

drove mine in the winter in Toronto. Drives great -put on snows; mine have pirelli snows on orig rims-last winter anyway. May get separate rims this year.

Default My thoughts...

I live in Kansas, so we just get really cold, not snowy.

But, we have our share of sleet/rain/snow as well. So I'm looking at burning the rubber off my existing stock wheels and going for the Pirelli P7000 series wheels.

I had them on my '96 Oldsmobile, and it wasn't a turbo or a sports car but it had a 225 HP engine in it and I hauled butt in it year round.

However, if anyone has a better suggestion for an all-year high performance tire I'd take em.
Tom Boucher
