I would like to route some wires through the center console. Are there any how-to or pictures on doing so? Or does everything just pop off ?

The center console is a biatch to get off. It depends on how far you are going to route them, but when I ran an audio cable from under my back seat to the plastic plug just before the shift console on the passenger side (factory spot for mounting cell phone bracket), I just used a long stiff wire, like a hanger, and fished it through to the back, then attached the wire and pulled it up. If you wanted to go further forward, it might get difficult to remove the console bits.
