Well, I did post about my love/hate relationship with my TT a couple of days ago and noted some of the problems I've been having with the car as well as getting my dealer to fix them.
I spoke to the Service Manager on the phone and scheduled an appointment for today to follow-up and address the issues that weren't fixed at the 10k and the 10k follow-up. I wanted the Service Manager to be present.
I went in today and got there right at 8 am and they took me immediately (my appointment was at 8 am). My service writer (use the same one every time) took my written list and then he introduced me to the Service Manager and both of them came out to the car. I showed them both the misaligned window, the seat heater buttons that don't stay put, talked about the popping noise that I get from under the car (and the fact that several screws that hold the front underbelly pan were missing upon inspection - I know they were there before the 10k as I had to change the oil after the 5k since the previous dealer put in 15-50!). I also noted the first aid kit cover that won't stay put. The coolant temp sensor issue was also discussed as well as my overall displeasure about having to come in for a third time to get these things fixed.
The Service Manager assured me that they would all be fixed and I left my car for the day and expect to pick it up tomorrow. They had an A6 loaner waiting for me!
Hopefully all the problems will be taken care of this time. Again - their customer service in terms of treating the customer is great - now if they will only fix my problems!
