Wondering if anyone has seen these wheels ATS

I saw them on Ebay for 699.00 2-piece ATS Planets w/rivets.I spoke to the guy and his web site is Cheapwheels.com I know don't get on my case about the web name.he said they were made buy ATS wich is from his story a brother company of CEC wheels in Germany.I was thinking of picking up a set .I know they are just 17" but they look nice.I would liek a set of 18"s.I like the polished lip look maybe the Axis Super mesh.anyone know the lip size on the Axis in 18"?

These are Planet 1 piece that I had on my Avant. I loved them.
