I've done this before (on other cars) but it isn't tricky at all.
I use a credit card to pop the old ones out. Insert under the edge closest to the door and push the lens towards the front of the car and out away from the body. Doesn't take much force, you just need to get behind it so you can grab it and then pull it out away from the car. The new ones just pop back in.
I've had the Bipes LEDs for awhile now.

The BB card is strong enough to "compress" the clip to remove the light. A normal credit card is too thick/brittle and will scratch the finish. Absolutley NO tools should be in vicinity of this job or your asking for a scratch. That means screw drivers, putty knives, other knives, etc.
