Default I have minor mods like ===>

exhaust, ttda, smoked siderakers w/led, smoked tail lights, painted calipers, splitter w/ lip, after market wheels and some other staff...

Default i'd ask them what they thought of the cosmetics

you'd probably want to remove the exhaust to be on the safe side. specially since it's an easy job

yeah.. rumor has it, you can get certified for about 2500 or so
