Default Is it worth the trouble????

Hi... I have been reading all the forums. Let me tell you I absolutely love the TT and am in the market to buy a new one. But reading all this messages by you guys is making me go back and forth. Some of the threads lists just praises about it while others saying it's in the car shop or some other problem most of the time. Now this will be my ONLY car and I don't want to invite any trouble. First of all I won't be able to afford to spend as much time taking it back and forth and renting cars. So what do you guys think? DARE I ?

Thanks in advance!

Default You are in a place where you are going to get a distilled view of

the TT. Basically, we are all freaks. I'm on my second TT, both have been without a problem! Not a brand made where you visit a forum and you don't see this stuff. My Maxima and BMW (Bring My Wallet) were rife with problems....go figure!

Default 2 TTs in this family, both are doing fine after 2 years each.

every car model has its share of problems - some are worse than others. the TT seems to have perhaps more than its share of glitches, but most are relatively minor in nature. I wouldn't worry about it; I'd buy another one if/when the time comes. go for it!

Default Most of the views you see here are highly opinionated (sp?) myself included...

most of us also expect a very high standard...I have to say, i've owend MB's , BMW;s and most of the worlds greatest car marques and the TT is up there...no if ands or buts...

Default Had mine for 3 yrs as primary ...

vehicle. Honestly have never lost a day of driving.
Yeah! It has hiccups. But today it was 67 degrees and the top was down and I got to pass a Boxster. LIFE IS GOOD and better when augmented by a TT.

Default How often do papers publish the GOOD news--it's just not as sensational!

Going on 3 years, no major problems.

Default Testimonial: all our cars are TTs!

We've had nothing but trouble-free performance -- and good dealership support from Audi of Alexandria. Do it, you won't regret it.
