my car to move side to side at highway speeds? It feels like wind is pushing the car side to side. I took my car to the dealer for unrelated reasons and they said I had torn swaybar bushings!

How much mileage u have on your TT? Not sure what a "torn" sway bar bushing would be. My sway bar bushings are making lots of noises due to the fact that the nylon sleeve around the bar that the bushing wraps around in is probably now cracked. Even so, my car is steady going 100mph on the freeway. Are your wheels torqued properly? Tires are evenly worn? Alignment is ok?

various issues may cause it. i was on the road yesterday, and there's some asphalt slightly raised, due to trucks driving on it on the one lane...which cause my car to feel like it is catching one edge of it (barely) and then catching the other side so it feels like a strong wind is pushing it side-to-side.
