Check out TTEUER's thread. He didn't have to return the first system, they just sent him a 2nd one.

Yes it might. I didn't have to worry about that with my Borla.

Default Well at first sight, it appears I may have gotten a slightly bum system as well (pics)

Won't be able to tell of course until it is up under the car, but it does appear that one exhaust tip sticks out further than the other, and one does appear to be slightly bent to the side.

<a href="http://hotimg25.fotki.com/p/a/76_100/18_222/IMG_1956Small.jpg"> <img src="http://hotimg25.fotki.com/a/76_100/18_222/IMG_1956Small.jpg" border="0" /></a>

And they didn't quite clean up after the welding and cutting.

Default Wow. Mine was beautiful 2 years ago (still is!)

Took a little tweaking to get the rotation of the front pipe right but that's it!

Default Yah, it's very disappointing to spend $660 on an exhaust that does not fit perfectly.

When the first one I received didn't fit I took it to a reputable local exhaust shop and they said there was no way they're get it to fit without modification. They did comment on the quality of the welds/steel but they did comment that the exhausts were left rather dirty like you found yours.

What I don't understand is that the new ones are still screwed up and how it happened in the first place.

I really appreciate them sending me a new exhaust at no cost, and not requiring the old one be sent back (too expensive for both parties), but like I said - it's disappointing for the "fixed" batch to be messed up just like the first.

Default You might want to confirm that it should look like that before trying the install.

I don't think it will fit correctly judging by how the tips do not line up. Send them your pics to get confirmation.

Default Mine looked like that too, but the final fit was perfect.

And, no, I didn't need to bend anything.
