Gotcha on the reference :-) They don't sell any preconfigured computers at the stores...

They just let you play with them and order from a real person. I ordered a Dell but my sales rep wouldn't contact me after several voicemails and emails over the span of a week. I gave up and headed down to the "Gateway Country Store".

If you need memory...

Check out Onvia.com. They have the best prices on better quality RAM (Kingston) that I've found. I just bot 128megs for $59 with free shipping, which brought my notebook's ram to 196megs.
