Default An Xpel incident

A truck kicked up a four foot piece of car molding and hit my car doing 90. I saw it coming but was in traffic, and couldn't avoid it. I had just put on Xpel headlight protectors the night before, and wouldn't you know it, that's right where that molding hit me. Not a scratch to the car or headlight. Truly unbelievable. I am now an Xpel believer, and have seen the light. Going to get the rest of the front done now.

Default I need my lights done... where did you get your film?

can you order it and do it yourself or did you have a shop do it?

It is DIY, or can get shop to do for you. I did mine myself. Not sure what result will be since I just did them less than 24 hours ago. There is slight haze as they did say will happen, but has faded away some, and only a little is left. It's like window tinting, must wait until all the fluids disappear. But I am truly amazed. Car shook on impact, and I could swear there was going to be some major damage to the front somewhere. When I looked, NADA! just a little smudge on the Xpel covering.

http://www.xpel.com</a
