Default you may officially welcome me to your fold...

I am the proud new owner of a 2000 180Q. Silver with Grey interior, all the options except nav (was that even an option in 2000?). I believe it has the Mk I susp, is there any way to visually confirm? There is no spoiler.

thanks all, I'm coming from an A4, and hopefully will enjoy my time here. and no, I won't be attending TTE as I'm in Sacramento, CA. Bit of a drive

Welcome and if no spoiler then I would say you have Mk1 for sure.

Architects are always welcome. Much better than City Planner or Marine Biologist.

Default Not necesssarily

Probably (almost surely?), but not definitely Mk 1

Not everyone got the full recall (I'm one of them - no spoiler!); and if you search back through this forum, you'll also find several people that have removed the spoilers from newer TTs, so a spoiler-less TT isn't necessarily even a 2000 car.

Someone who knows the suspension better can tell you if there is a way to identify which suspension you have, other than contacting AoA (they of course should have records if they performed the recall work).
