Default Now that we know a Bi Turbo will fit in the TT, will Audi use it in the STT? More

There has been talk on this forum from time to time about the STT and what engine it would have. The thoughts discussed ran along the lines of a VR6, a new in line five (turbo or super charged) or the Bi Turbo however many, incuding Jason Dale (if I remember correctly) didn't think the Bi Turbo would fit. Now we know the Bi Turbo will fit in the TT engine bay and so this has to be considered a real possibility for the STT. I recall an Audi offical being quoted as saying the STT will give better peformance than a new 911 at fraction of the price. So a guess for the STT's price; I say between $46,500 and $52,000. With GPS, comfort, phone, Audio add another $4000. Well I'm guessing all the way but I think we will begin to get hard facts by spring 2000. I'm very interested in this car, although I don't plan to buy one. JIM
