To your knowledge, does the Bentley manual only come in CD-ROM form, or do they publish a book too?

To your knowledge, does the Bentley manual only come in CD-ROM form, or do they publish a book too?

only cd-rom. . . AudiAG/AoA will not allow paper versions of the book to be published.
