Default *FIRST POST* APR Stage 1 on a MKII

Hey everyone, I'm making my first post on here. Love the community on here.

Anyways, I got my Stage 1 APR ECMS done yesterday on my 2008 TT Roadster 2.0T FSI !
I can say that it feels like a different car!

BIG THANKS TO IMPORT CAR CENTER in Grapevine, TX

I don't recall anyone saying that they were sorry they reflashed their car. I'm on my third reflashed Audi. My previous A4 Avant had the EA888 engine, like yours, and with the reflash the torque was great. I can only imagine what it would be like with the much lighter TT.

Plus my former Avant got great mpg with the flash... better than I get these days with my current Audi

Anyhow welcome and have fun with your ride...

Thanks man!

Yeah we had rented an A4 Avant TDI when we went on vacation to Germany and that thing got 650+ mi on the tank!! Its a great ride. We took the tour of the Audi Factory and Museum. Great experience. If you ever get a chance to do it, go do it!!

I wish that we had the three liter TDI option for the Avant over here... but then we won't even have the Avant next year. We'll have the Allroad A4 with some extra bits of metal and plastic for some extra weight plus slightly higher ride height, which always helps handling

Oh, I just noticed that you are running with the EA113, like I am in the TTS. So far mines not burning oil, which is always nice. Hope yours hasn't developed a thirst for the stuff.

Like you, I skipped the front plate and have the filler panel. So far I've not been stopped. Did get stopped for no front plate this past summer but that was with my Mazda, which I use for kayak transport. The Mazda now has its front plate in place. None of my Audis have ever had a front plate and I've never been stopped while driving them (it's the law in Ohio but seldom enforced).

Watch yer six!
