Default Re: we've already seen signs of carbon fiber lurking around here...

Good lookin out Jon. For the love of pete. Im not even keeping them on the car! I have a local buyer coming to look at them this evening. I threw them on snapped some pics and thought I'd share what it ended up looking like. At the minimum, it can give people a sense of what will and will not work on the MK2. With this much hullabaloo, I don't even think it can make it into 353's TT pic database! Which is too bad, because thats sort of the point of forums is to share ideas.

For the record, i'm not looking to stir things up at all. I'm here for the entertainment and information aspect. The "bro-brah" stuff is not real, but if Z or anyone else thinks that i'm a "take-it-lying-down-kinda-guy" they are dead wrong.

So are we gonna all play nice again and accept each others differences? Z, can you pull it together so we can move forward?

Default Same on RS6 forum every once in awhile...the average age is half now that the price

of entrance is 20-28K for the car. Fortunately still pretty good control or respect for the OEM look though.

Default great way to look at it....

some stuff works, some stuff doesn't. It's all personal taste. No reason for any of us to get sooooo upset over fricken accessories. LOL Grown men fighting over accessories? LOLOL Catty. Meow!

Default age has zero to do with it. there are grown middle-aged men with bling bling...

taste on a beer budget. Come on guys! We all like what we like, no need to be so hateful about it.

Default I put these on.

I could only afford the front two so the backs will have to come later.

Default My TT is still virtual pure ... only added the spoiler and winter wheels when appropriate

The original polished alloys on the NM TT are subject to one's own preferences and, as you pointed out, were on the concept cars. Therefore, they remain my choice for Summer wheels.
