Picking up the TTS Roadster premium plus by Saturday. Thanks again for the help.

Is there a detailed thread, especially with pictures, that document upgrades like those mentioned in this discussion? I've done some searching but not found this so far.

Those who changed the headunit, speakers, and amp:

Did you use the existing speaker wires with some harness connectors or run new wire?

Did you completely remove the factory amp? Where did you mount the new amp(s)?

What are the opening sizes for speakers in the convertible? That is, what size speakers can I fit?

Hi All,

I've called dynamic sounds in the UK and am more confused than before. I have searched this forum and the UK forum but can't find the detailed information that I need. Those of you who have done this work, please help or put me in touch with your install shop.

Given that I am in the U.S. and have a U.S. 2009 TTS convertible... which steering wheel connector do I need? Which sat/nav. units is it compatible with?

Do I completely remove the factory amp?

Do I have to run new speaker wire or is there an adapter that is available?

Can I use the OEM sirius tuner and existing antenna? Do I need an adapter? Which one?
