Yep.
Don't worry about it. I'm very comfortable with the miles/days computer monitor in the TT.
Accept the new technology.
My Z4 is getting a one year oil change this week (just for my comfort level) and the computer says I have 4k miles to go.
3k/3mos. is defunct with today's cars.
