Anyone have pics of gunmetal or black RS4 wheels on a silver car? thanks.

Who did you get your 12mm spacers from? I have wanted to put them on my car from day 1 but didn't know the correct size. I have the same car in Ibis white - nice choice. I was planning on doing the 3.2 glossy grille, but might have just changed my mind...

H&R spacers came from www.ECSTuning.com (they advertise here on AW). The H&R part number for the 12mm ones are 2455571 and fit perfectly. Specifically for these BBS wheels I also ordered lug bolts in 14 x 1.5 x 45mm length, conical seat. Be sure you DON'T get the 24255571 spacers--these fit the bolt pattern but the overall footprint is too small (I played around with a pair of these just to see how it looked as I had them leftover from my R32's winter set of wheels).
As for the 10mm spacers (H&R # 2055571), they fit the rear fine but the bore to receive the cars center hub was JUST deep enough without any clearance on the front as it sticks out a little further. I was a little nervous with any kind of heat expansion so I went with 12's all around and it's fine. For the 10's I had used 43mm length bolts but again keep in mind that's specific to these wheels. Also, the BBS use conical seat lug bolts, the stock S-line wheels are ball-seat so you want to get the right ones depending on the wheel you're using. Also consider the BBS's offset of ET44 and the narrower 8" rim allowed for these spacers--this same setup on other width or offset rims will be different.

QuattroCoupe... No, I haven't tried the spacers on the stock S-Line wheels as I don't have the correct ball-seat lug bolts long enough to mount them up. I only ordered the conical seat ones to use with the BBS wheels. I'd be curious to see how it works if anybody tries it though, especially in terms of clearances as that's most important--don't want to deal with tire rubbing and poor fitments.

I here 'ya... I wish these BBS's also came in 9x19 but for now only 8" wide. The better aftermaket companies like OZ, BBS, etc need to come up with something in that width. The OEM gunmetal RS4's in 9x19 seem like one of the better choices out there right now.

the matte finish on the filler and grille are similar to what I have on my S4. I'll probably just learn to live with/love the shiny one on my TT. If there's ANY damage to the grille at any point, I'd replace it with the matte unit. Thanks for the pic!!
