Anyone know the difference in rns-e and rns-low headunits?

I think the RNS-Low is the BNS 5.0...

The display looks to be a little more than half the height as the RNS-E and instead of being color it's a red dot-matrix display similar to the DIS. I don't think it's available in the US though.
