Hi All,
I need to replace the rear right axle shaft assembly in my 2010 TTS but I'm going through a very difficult process of finding the right part. I could see a lot of options for 2010 TT models (both used and aftermarket parts) but every site I've checked is saying that those parts will not fit into TT-S. Even Audi's parts site is confusing. The site says that the same part fits both TT and TT-S but Audi tells me that the part is incompatible when I call Audi to confirm or providing my VIN at checkout. At the same time there is no single option for TT-S specific assembly out there. Has anybody replaced their axle shaft on TT-S Mk2? What part number I should be looking for? Would TT axle shaft assembly fit into TT-S? Please help, I'm going nuts over this relatively simple repair. Thank you in advance!

I'm no help other than to make sure the country of origin if you go aftermarket. We had a participant for TT West that replaced his shafts with Chinese parts the week before the drive and they failed the first day. It was a flatbed tow and he missed the rest of the week.
