My simple solution was to swap out my Dension Bluetooth module for the GROM BT-3. It may not be as sophisticated a system but it works without issue. Since it was something I installed troubleshooting started there. If you've done anything electrical work that area first. Otherwise, Look at the driver door locking module as another known culprit. Hope you track it down.
