Default i had a prosport and i hated it.. IMO get a VDO gauge

VDO manufactures the cluster and gauges for the TT, it makes it more 'authentic'


also, the VDO mechanical gauge was exponentially faster than the 'electrical' gauge i got from prosport. You get whatcha pay for...

Default 28 psi !!!!??????

I see that you have APR programming but 1.8s with APR 93 oct program run about 20--22 psi max. I would question the accuracy of that guage. Or does the 2.0 run much higher boost with the FSI??? Just wondering.

APR runs the lowest boost of the big 3 (19psi) Must have just let off the throttle, turbo surge!

Default That pic was taken at the opening ceremony of the gauge :) power info inside...

my car does 20 psi max with APR 98 Octane program (which is 93 Octane in the US).

and for the people wondering how much difference it makes, i can say it gives u 3 cars ahead.

these are some racing results i got when testing my car stock/chipped, all races we were rolling 40 km/h until we hit 200 km/h.

me vs 2001 Ford Mustang GT
stock: side to side
chipped: i'm ahead but almost 3 cars

me vs Infinity G37
stock: infinity ahead by 1.5 cars
chipped: i'm ahead by a bit more than 1 car

me vs 2008 Ford Mustang GT
stock: mustang ahead by 1.5 cars
chipped: i'm ahead by 2 cars.

me vs 2000 chevy camaro
stock: camaro ahead by alot :P
chipped: side to side

me vs Honda S2000 (with intake)
stock: honda ahead by half a car
chipped: me ahead by 2 cars.

i think this would give a clear idea of the program effect. i really think APR did a perfect job on this one. its double the fun, its more responsive. boost from 9-11 stock to 18-20 chipped. be careful when u step on it if u have consumed tires lol.
