Can someone please tell me how to shuffle songs from my Ipod Nano-Thanks (I have the glove box kind)

You want to shuffle ALL songs on your ipod?
I have the Dension icelink, which is essentially the same interface and acts the same as I've noticed from my test drive experience.
The way I do it in my MK1 is...
disconnect the ipod from the dock
click your ipod over to shuffle all songs and start it playing without being connected to anything
reconnect the ipod
shuffled library will continue to play as any other normal playlist would until you select a different playlist through the system
This is the same procedure as what you would do if you wanted to ever play songs that weren't on a playlist (playing all of an artist's songs, a single album, etc)

Glad I could help
I didn't know about the shuffle part and only had about 15 minutes of experience with an unhelpful salesman in the passenger seat. Honestly, the guy said he has about 200GB of music at home, yet didn't know hardly anything about an ipod, let alone know that the car had an ipod dock.
