No worries... thanks! I'll ping Vag parts and see how long shipping takes.

The front looks like screws or something like that... the rear is snap in.

Default Not sure as I haven't gotten my car yet... It all depends if it is pre-wired for it...

I highly doubt it will be... If it's not wired it'll be a dumby light/reflector. Which is no big deal as rear fog lights are illegal here in Oregon.

Default Mk2 yes, Mk1 no. They are part of the Euro S-line Exterior Carbon Package.

If you get it when you order the car it's 500 euro! If not it's an additional 200+ Euro on top of the 500!

Default I actually think I'd like it as a reflector anyway...

A light back there may clash with the tails and third brake light a little...

Default Oh Funk! Seriously, snap-in? What's to prevent someone from just un-snapping it?

There are no screws..? Typically these parts have clips with screws through them that secure it in place. I'd really hate someone to pop off $1k worth of Carbon and just walk off...

Default Looking at my S-Line, It appears they snap into a retainer bracket that then bolts to the car.

I can reach the tabs at the bottom, but the uppers are partially blocked by the heat-shield surrounding the exhaust.

Default The block-out currently on my car is in-fact a fog-lamp assembly, it's just painted...

I was checking for the wiring at the rear, and I noticed that what looks like a block-out from the front, is actually a full fog-lamp assembly from the rear. It had a power connecter and the vent. The lens may just be painted to match.
