Carbon install questions

There are at least two sources that I know of
One is vagparts.com in the UK (email them the part numbers and they will set up a custom order), and the other is oemplus.us in Cali (they have the carbon set listed on the site, it doesn't seem to include the foglight assembly so you'd need to ask them about adding that separately). It works out to about $1300 shipped either way. I decided to order from vagparts and got everything in about 2 weeks even with the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
8J0807110A carbon front spoiler
8J0807421N carbon 3.2 rear diffuser (I don't know the 2.0 part number)
8J0945703 rear fog light assembly
8J0807110A carbon front spoiler
8J0807421N carbon 3.2 rear diffuser (I don't know the 2.0 part number)
8J0945703 rear fog light assembly

2.0 Parts here...
I got mine from Vagparts. About $1200 w/ shipping at the time.
Here are the part#'s as I understand them to be:
8J0 807 110 A carbon front Spoiler
8J0 807 421 M 2.0T Carbon
8J0 945 703 rear fog light
My rear fog came with the bulb but you won't need it. You'll take the bulb and holder out and insert the plug from the current fog-filler.
Here is a picture of the 2.0T CF installed on my car.

Rear section is off, and carbon is 95% back on
I started with the two bottom clips, wedging in a small flat head screwdriver to give room for the clip to slide out. From there I started in the lower corner, and then across the back, lifting and twisting to pop the clips as I went. The foglight assemby was a pain b/c there's not much room to get a torx bit in there, but I managed with a small ratchet. I've now got the carbon mostly on, but I can't seem to get it to clip in around the fog light assembly. The body panel there is just too weak and gives when I push against it. Any tricks or suggestions to get it to clip in that area?

Pics of install
There's still a slight gap around the bottom of foglight assemby that I need to figure out (you can see in the last shot), but otherwise it's basically done. Sorry for the poor pic quality, it's hard to get good shots from inside my parking garage.
