Default Consider the following...

...<font color="00336"> possible bodystyle and engine combinations:

353 -</font> <font color="red">170+ 2.0 FT/Q</font><font color="003366">, 200 2.0 FT/</font><font color="red">Q</font><font color="003366">, 230 2.0 Q, 250 3.2 Q,</font> <font color="red">260+ 2.0 Q</font><font color="003366">, 302 Q, 350 2.5 Q

354 -</font> <font color="red">170+ 2.0 FT</font><font color="003366">, 200 2.0 FT, 230 2.0 Q, 250 3.2 Q,</font> <font color="red">260+ 2.0 Q</font><font color="003366">, 302 Q</font>
<font color="green">
355</font> <font color="003366">-</font> <font color="red">170+ 2.0 FT/(Q)</font><font color="green">, 200 2.0 FT/</font><font color="red">Q</font><font color="green">, 230 2.0 Q, 250 3.2 Q, 302 Q</font>
<font color="003366">
If you live on the western side of the Atlantic, the eastern side of the Pacific and north of the Rio Grande, forget anything in red as things are currently planned. Green means availability of <i>that</i> TT is still far from a certainty for the U.S. and Canadian markets even if the model gets its expected final signoff is a couple of months.

Remember this is a lifecycle plan, so not all of the combos will necessarily be offered at the same time.

Nevertheless, it is interesting, <i>nicht wahr?</i></font>

Default lots of options...

anyone have a guess as to which of these two would cost more in the coupe?

230 2.0 Q,
250 3.2 Q

Default So this narrows things down a bit (for me;) !

I would plan on getting one of the following in MANUAL only:

-230hp 2.0T FSI Quattro Coupe (S-line) with 19" RS4 wheels
or
-350hp 2.5T FSI Quattro Coupe (TT-R or what ever they call it!)

I also plan on getting Magnetic Ride, BT, Nav, Extented leather as options (if not standard).

All depends on my financial status at the moment of purchase! Knowing timing is about two years off I can shoot for the later!

Thanks for all the info J! Much appreciated by all of us!

Default Yeah I'll have to see the new TT in person to see if I'm interested...

That 350 coupe could make for a nice graduation present if I end up liking the TT's bodystyle and weigh it over other things that are out by then.

Default My bet is they don't offer those engines at the same time!

Pure guess on my part:

MY2008
200hp 2.0T FWD
250hp 3.2 Quattro

MY2009
200hp 2.0T FWD (might or might not disappear)
230hp 2.0T Quattro
302hp 3.2 Quattro

MY2009 or 2010
addition of 350hp 2.5 Quattro???
