Default Correct socket size for 2013 TT-RS lug nuts?

Can anyone tell me the correct socket size for 2013 TT-RS lug nuts? I just received my winter wheels, and need to put them on.

I keep seeing "17mm" everywhere I look, but I'm 99% certain that these are bigger than that.

As a test I tried to fit my 13/16 inch socket from my Mustang over one of the nuts, and it's too small... and that's definitely bigger than 17mm.

Thanks for any help.

They are 17mm, but there is a plastic cover that looks about 21mm over the top of them. there's a little tweezer-like gripper tool that you use to remove them.
