I had my TPMS light come on a couple times when we had the freezing weather here in central Texas a bit back. I knew I didn't have a flat and just reset it each time. Hasn't been back on since...

I have had that happen twice on mine, and using the button to reset it did not fix it. After a while I tried it again and it finaly reset. I asked Millenium about the issue, and they said they have issues with the Audi TPMS when the weather gets cold. They said if it happens again that they will have a closer look at it.
