did mine in nj at douglas motors, but long island has a few places that seem legit just charge double for labor.

MrMike, Did you go with APR?
I've had my TTS here in Boston since Nov,2008 with APR Stg.1 and it's invisible to the dealership.
I was wondering if you got some new APR flash or something else?

Yea, I did an apr stage 1, but im not quite sure what your asking about new software. I just went and got it done at a volkswagon dealership.

Hello there...

Leased my 09 TT FWD 2.0T and ended up doing a GIAC reflash about 2 months ago. No regrets.. GIAC is more aggressive than APR. Love the increased instant power, so much more torque!

Dont worry about the lease. The dealer wont check into it for regular service.. Just do it!
